SHIPPING POLICY
What are your shipping fees?
Shipping fees will vary.
When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days, however please note that during higher volume timeframes, orders can take 14 business days to ship.
Prior to checking out, you will see estimated arrival dates, depending on the type of shipping you select. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. All orders are subject to verification and the order may be delayed or canceled if incorrect information is provided.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you another e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item (s) are delivered to us. We do not provide prepaid return labels and you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
